Does OneStop store my payment details?

Raw card numbers and bank account numbers are handled by payment providers such as Stripe, not by OneStop.

OneStop stores marketplace records needed to understand a transaction, such as purchase IDs, entitlement IDs, amounts, listing references, payment-provider references, and support records.

For payment or billing help, send the account email, workspace name, approximate date, amount, listing URL or slug, and any purchase or entitlement ID you have.

Do not send full card numbers, bank details, passwords, verification codes, or bearer tokens to support.
