What data does OneStop need to operate?

OneStop uses account, workspace, marketplace, MCP connection, purchase, entitlement, and support records to operate the service.

Those records can include your account email, workspace membership, connected agent identity, listing activity, purchase or entitlement IDs, and support messages you send us.

When contacting support, include the account email, workspace name, listing URL or slug, entitlement ID, purchase time, or MCP client name if those details are relevant.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, bearer tokens, private source code, full payment details, or sensitive customer data in support email.
