Voces is a sans serif font created to address the unique challenges of typesetting bilingual dictionaries and International Phonetic Alphabet glyphs. It features gradual strokes, generous counterforms, a large x-height, and short ascenders and descenders to optimize space and improve print fidelity. Ink traps are thoughtfully integrated to balance aesthetics and function. Designed by Ana Paula Megda and Pablo Ugerman, Voces was recognized in Tipos Latinos 2010.
