Overview

PT Sans is a sans-serif font family developed for the Public Types of Russian Federation project, aiming to enable native language literacy across Russia. It draws on Russian sans serif styles from the latter half of the 20th century while incorporating humanistic design traits for clarity and warmth. The family includes 8 styles: four standard, two caption styles optimized for small sizes, and two narrow styles for space-efficient typesetting. PT Sans supports Western, Central European, and Cyrillic scripts, making it a valuable tool for diverse digital communication needs.
