About

Proza Libre is a humanist sans-serif font family designed by Jasper de Waard, optimized for clear rendering on screens, especially Windows systems. It includes five weights with matching italics and supports Latin and Latin Extended character sets. Its design balances readability with a contemporary aesthetic, making it suitable for various digital and print applications.

Overview

Proza Libre is the libre version of the retail Proza type family by Bureau Roffa, crafted to render exceptionally well on screens across different operating systems using ttfautohint technology. The family offers a range of weights from 400 to 800, including italic styles, supporting Latin and Latin Extended scripts. Its humanist design approach ensures legibility and a friendly tone, suitable for both body text and display use.
