Nuosu SIL is a single Unicode sans-serif font developed by SIL International to support the standardized Yi script, which was standardized in the 1970s by the Chinese government. It includes 820 syllabic symbols chosen from traditional scripts of the Liangshan region and supports Latin, Latin Extended, and Yi subsets. The font is available in a regular weight and normal style.

Overview

Nuosu SIL is a sans-serif typeface created to represent the standardized Yi script, a syllabary used by a large ethnic group in southwestern China.
