M PLUS U is a sans-serif font family designed for everyday use with a focus on visibility and readability. It includes nine weights ranging from Thin to Black and supports a broad range of characters, including more than 5,700 Japanese Kanji, Latin, Latin Extended, Vietnamese, and symbol subsets. The font's internal spacing is intentionally wider, and the voiced/semi-voiced sound marks on kana characters are maximized in size to improve clarity.
