It combines Telugu script design by Purushoth Kumar Guttula with Latin characters originally developed as Alegreya Sans by Juan Pablo del Peral. The project is led by Appaji Ambarisha Darbha, reflecting a cross-cultural typographic collaboration. The font is available in one weight and style, supporting Latin, Latin Extended, and Telugu subsets.
