How do I request data help or account deletion?

Email support@onestop.sh from the account email if possible. Include the workspace name if you know it.

In the message, say whether you need account access help, data export help, deletion help, or billing record help. Include the specific listing, purchase, entitlement, or MCP client if the request concerns one.

Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, billing, tax, dispute, or audit reasons.

Do not include passwords, verification codes, bearer tokens, private source code, full card numbers, or bank details in the request.
