How do I get help?

Email support@onestop.sh with the account email, workspace name if you know it, MCP client name, listing URL or slug, purchase or entitlement ID if you have one, and the exact error text.

Start with the dashboard when you need to review agent access, workspace policy, marketplace activity, or billing activity. Include what you found there when you contact support.

Do not send secrets, bearer tokens, private source code, full card numbers, or private customer data in a normal support email.
